Patricia Fox, Chief
Patricia Fox serves as the Chief of the Division of Enforcement (DOE). The DOE chief is responsible for overseeing the OLMS criminal and civil enforcement and investigative audits programs and managing related national office enforcement. Ms. Fox began her OLMS career in 1975 in the Philadelphia District Office and later transferred to the Washington District Office where she was promoted to a supervisory investigator position. During that time she worked on many complex investigations and supervised elections involving both local and international unions. In 1991, she accepted a position in the OLMS national office overseeing the agency’s compliance assistance and training programs. While in this division, she developed many of the agency’s compliance assistance materials and internal manuals as well as an election investigation training course for new investigators. She later accepted a position in the Division of Enforcement and was promoted to head the division in 2010. Ms. Fox earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
